Description
This contemporary Beni Ourain rug is hand-knotted in undyed ivory wool and measures 4'11" × 3'5". Selected for texture, scale, and exact-piece character, with final color confirmed by video before payment is captured.

Construction
Handwoven as a beni ourain rug. Dimensions: 150 × 105 cm (approx. 4'11" × 3'5"). Weight: 3.7 kg.
Condition
Contemporary condition with full pile coverage and no visible wear, bald areas, or thinning. The high-low relief grid remains intact across the field. The reverse is clean and even with straight knot rows, and the fringe is full at the foot end.

Attributed based on my identification of the weaving tradition and the characteristics of the piece, including its undyed ivory field, high plush pile, borderless composition, and pattern created entirely through high-low relief. Care
Shake out gently or vacuum using low suction with the beater bar switched off. Move carefully across the low-relief bands to preserve the contrast between the raised and combed sections. Rotate every few months to encourage even wear. Spot-clean with cold water and mild soap, and use professional rug cleaning for a full wash. As an all-ivory rug, it will show soil sooner than a patterned piece.
