Description
A long rectangular pillow cover combining two different handmade textiles: Mellalia on the front and Bettania on the back.

Wool from Made in Morocco — family-made.
Condition
The front and back woven surfaces appear sound, with no visible holes or tears. Small irregularities in the weave and a few minor surface flecks are visible on the Mellalia front, while the striped Bettania back shows slight variation in the handwoven surface. The closure and interior seams are not visible in the available photographs and have not been assessed.
Provenance
I know this cover was made using Mellalia on the front and Bettania on the back, and that both textiles were handmade by a derraz. The individual weaver and exact weaving location were not recorded, so I do not attribute the piece to a more specific region.
